The Dougherty lab, along with the Karch, Cohen, and Djuranovic labs, recently got a RO1 Funded. The research, “Highly parallel analysis of 5′ and 3′ UTR variants in Autism Spectrum Disorders,” looks at autism spectrum-associated variants in the transcribed–but untranslated–regions of protein-coding genes.
