The Dutcher lab collaborated with Paul Cliften, Ph.D., Director of Computational Biology at the Genome Technology Access Center (GTAC) at Washington University School of Medicine, on a recent paper. The paper, “MAPINS, a highly efficient detection method that identifies insertional mutations and complex DNA rearrangements,” will appear in an upcoming issue of Plant Physiology.
