The Turner Lab recently published its first paper, “Precise breakpoint detection in a patient with 9p– syndrome,” in the Cold Spring Harbor Molecular Case Studies journal. Lead authors include Jeffrey Ng, a bioinformatics research analyst in the lab, and Eleanor Sams, an undergraduate researcher in the lab. Senior author is Tychele Turner, PhD, Assistant Professor in the Department of Genetics at Washington University School of Medicine. The study was done in collaboration with the McDonnell Genome Institute and Dr. Cole’s lab at Children’s Hospital. Congratulations, all!
