The Wang Lab and Dougherty Lab published a paper recently in Science Advances, “DeepH&M: Estimating single-CpG hydroxymethylation and methylation levels from enrichment and restriction enzyme sequencing methods.” Yu He, a former graduate student in the Wang Lab, and Josh Jang, a current graduate student in the Wang Lab, are lead authors on the paper. Ting Wang, Professor of Genetics, Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, and Sanford and Karen Loewentheil Distinguished Professor of Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine, and Joe Dougherty, Associate Professor in the Department of Genetics at Washington University School of Medicine, are senior authors.
