The Mitra Lab recently had a paper accepted in Bioinformatics, “The qBED track: a novel genome browser visualization for point processes.” Arnav Moudgil, a graduate student in the Mitra Lab, is first author. The Wang Lab contributed to the paper. Ting Wang, PhD, Professor of Genetics and The Sanford and Karen Loewentheil Distinguished Professor of Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine, and Rob Mitra, PhD, Professor of Genetics and Alvin Goldfarb Distinguished Professor of Computational Biology at Washington University School of Medicine, are senior authors.
