The Wang lab and the Dougherty lab had a paper published recently in Cell Reports. The paper, “Characterization of a Mouse Model of Börjeson-Forssman-Lehmann Syndrome,” shows that PHF6-regulated genes are overrepresented in gene signatures and modules that are deregulated in neurodevelopmental disorders of cognition. “Our findings advance our understanding of the mechanisms underlying BFLS pathogenesis,” the team wrote in the paper. Congratulations, all!
