The Mitra lab has a new preprint, “Self-reporting transposons enable simultaneous readout of gene expression and transcription factor binding in single cells.” The first author on the paper is Arnav Moudgil, a graduate student in Dr. Rob Mitra’s lab. Senior authors include Dr. Samantha Morris, Assistant Professor in the Department of Genetics at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Dr. Joe Dougherty, Associate Professor in the Department of Genetics, and Dr. Rob Mitra, Associate Professor in the Department of Genetics and the Alvin Goldfarb Distinguished Professor of Computational Biology.
