The Lawson Lab recently had a preprint published. The preprint, “Epistatic Networks Associated with Parent-of-Origin Effects on Metabolic Traits,” presents genes and networks that represent a set of actionable interacting candidates that can be probed to further identify the machinery driving parent-of-origin effects on complex traits. Juan Macias, a graduate student in the Lawson Lab, is first author on the preprint. Heather A. Lawson, Ph.D., Assistant Professor in the Department of Genetics, is senior author on the preprint. Congratulations, all!
