Ting Wang, Ph.D., The Sanford and Karen Loewentheil Distinguished Professor of Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, recently published a paper in Frontiers in Genetics. The paper, “FeatSNP: An Interactive Database for Brain-Specific Epigenetic Annotation of Human SNPs,” discusses FeatSNP, an online tool and curated database for exploring 81 million common SNPs’ potential functional impact on the human brain.
