The Wang Lab published a new paper in Nucleic Acids Research, “WashU Epigenome Browser update 2019.” The paper discusses new features of the WashU Epigenome Browser including visualization using virtual reality, expanded public data hubs, and a a feature the lab calls Live Browsing, which allows multiple users to collaborate remotely on the same session.
Daofeng Li, a staff scientist in the Wang Lab, is first author on the paper. Ting Wang, Ph.D., Professor of Genetics, Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, Sanford and Karen Loewentheil Distinguished Professor of Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, is a senior author on the paper.
