Christian Shively, Ph.D., a postdoc in the Mitra Lab, recently had a paper published in PNAS. The paper, “Homotypic cooperativity and collective binding are determinants of bHLH specificity and function,” appears in a July 24, 2019 issue of the journal. Others authors include Jiayye Liu, a graduate student in the Mitra Lab, Xuhua Chen, a research scientist in the Mitra Lab, Kai Loell, a graduate student in the Mitra Lab, and Rob Mitra, Alvin Goldfarb Distinguished Professor of Computational Biology and Professor in the Department of Genetics at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
