The Milbrant Lab has a new paper published in Experimental Neurology, “cADPR is a gene dosage-sensitive biomarker of SARM1 activity in healthy, compromised, and degenerating axons.” Yo Sasaki, PhD, Associate Professor in the Department of Genetics at Washington University School of Medicine and a member of the Milbrandt Lab, is first author on the paper. Jeff Milbrandt, M.D., Ph.D., the James S. McDonnell Professor of Genetics and head of the Department of Genetics at Washington University School of Medicine, and Aaron DiAntonio, MD, PhD, the Alan A and Edith L Wolff Professor of Developmental Biology at Washington University School of Medicine, and Matthew Figley, a postdoc in the DiAntonio Lab, are also authors.
