The Wang Lab has a new paper published in Genome Biology, “Regenerating zebrafish fin epigenome is characterized by stable lineage-specific DNA methylation and dynamic chromatin accessibility.” Hyung Joo Lee, a postdoc in the lab, is first author on the paper. Ting Wang, PhD, Professor of Genetics, Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, and the Sanford and Karen Loewentheil Distinguished Professor of Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine, and the late Stephen Johnson, PhD, Professor of Genetics at Washington University School of Medicine, are senior authors on the paper.
