The Cohen Lab recently had a paper published in eLife, “Synthetic and genomic regulatory elements reveal aspects of cis-regulatory grammar in mouse embryonic stem cells.” Dana King, PhD, previously a graduate student in the Cohen Lab, is first author on the paper. Clarice Hong, a graduate student in the lab, is also an author. Barak Cohen, PhD, theĀ Alvin Goldfarb Distinguished Professor in Computational Biology at Washington University School of Medicine, is senior author on the paper. Congratulations, all!
