Arnav Moudgil, a graduate student in the Mitra Lab, has a new preprint, “The qBED track: a novel genome browser visualization for point processes.” Moudgil is a first author and Ting Wang, PhD, the Sanford and Karen Loewentheil Distinguished Professor of Medicine, Professor of Genetics, and Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at Washington University School of Medicine, and Robi Mitra, PhD, the Alvin Goldfarb Distinguished Professor of Computational Biology and Professor of Genetics at Washington University School of Medicine, are senior authors.
