The Mitra Lab recently had a paper accepted in Genome Research, “High-throughput single-cell functional elucidation of neurodevelopmental disease-associated genes reveals convergent mechanisms altering neuronal differentiation.” Matt Lalli, a postdoc in the Mitra and Milbrandt Labs, is first author on the paper. Denis Avey, a former postdoc in the Mitra and Milbrandt Labs, and Joe Dougherty, Associate Professor of Genetics and Psychiatry at Washington University School of Medicine, also contributed to the paper.
