The Wang Lab published a paper recently in Genome Biology, “Tissue-specific usage of transposable element-derived promoters in mouse development.” Benpeng Miao, a postdoc in the Wang Lab, is lead author on the paper. Ting Wang, PhD, Professor of Genetics and The Sanford and Karen Loewentheil Distinguished Professor of Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine, and Bo Zhang, PhD, Assistant Professor of Developmental Biology at Washington University School of Medicine, are senior authors on the paper.
