Mike Rieger, a former grad student in the Dougherty Lab, had a paper published in Cell Reports, “CLIP and Massively Parallel Functional Analysis of CELF6 Reveal a Role in Destabilizing Synaptic Gene mRNAs through Interaction with 3′ UTR Elements.”

Members of the Dougherty Lab and Cohen Lab at Washington University School of Medicine contributed to the paper. Barak Cohen, Professor of Genetics and Alvin Goldfarb Distinguished Professor of Computational Biology at Washington University School of Medicine, and Joe Dougherty, PhD, Associate Professor of Genetics and Psychiatry at Washington University School of Medicine, are senior authors on the paper.

Congratulations, all!
