  Tissue Development and Disease</em></p><p>Abstract: This talk explores the
  paradigm shift in human biology research enabled by the recent development
  of spatial multi-omics technologies. I will discuss how these platforms<sp
 an class="gmail_default">\, </span>s<span class="gmail_default">uch as</spa
 n> those developed in my lab\, including Patho-DBiT<span class="gmail_defau
 lt">\, </span>overcome historical limitations in studying archival clinical
  <span class="gmail_default">FFPE tissue </span>specimens by co-mapping the
  total RNA transcriptome\, epigenome\, proteome<span class="gmail_default">
 \, and metabolome</span> directly within complex tissue structures<span cla
 ss="gmail_default"> in patients</span>. Finally\, I will demonstrate how th
 ese tools decode tumor architecture and RNA regulatory networks in clinical
  FFPE samples\, ushering in a new era of precision health and mechanistic d
