 eterogeneity of cell composition within and between tumor samples is mirror
 ed in complex variations at the molecular level. This molecular complexity 
 includes both transcriptional variation (i.e.\, ecology) and genomic comple
 xity (i.e.\, evolution) as tumors continually evolve and acquire new mutati
 ons. In this talk\, I will tell two stories\, one with genomic deconvolutio
 n and one with transcriptomic deconvolution\, during which we have stumbled
  upon biological and clinical implications including benefits from immunoth
