 es of CGG repeat expansion in the <i>FMR1</i> gene\, ranging from loss of F
 MRP in fragile X syndrome to repeat-mediated toxicity in FXTAS. This talk w
 ill highlight our recent work defining how FMRP regulates brain development
  and how expanded CGG repeats drive neurodegeneration\, with the goal of id
 entifying convergent mechanisms and therapeutic opportunities across the fr
