RME-2 expression is regulated normally in gld-1 (q126/q485) female (Photo)

RME-2 accumulation in gld-1 (q126/q485) is identical to that of wild-type hermaphrodite.     Gonad Arms dissected from gld-1 (q126/q485) adult female are stained with DAPI to visualize DNA (upper panel as blue) and anti-RME-2 Ab (lower panel as red). RME-2 accumulation is essentially identical to wild-type.
