Abstract: Genetic studies of psychiatric disorders have uncovered genetic risk architecture of early onset neurodevelopmental disorders. We seek to uncover convergent mechanisms underlying their etiology through mechanistic understanding of causal mutations. In addition, we are developing new genetic tools to access the human nervous system to enable successful translational applications
