Title: Re-considering genetic mechanisms of inborn errors of immunity

Abstract: Despite more than 600 genes now associated with inborn errors of immunity, 70% of patients remain undiagnosed. The Cooper lab is focused on using identifying new genetic mechanisms response for immune-based disease in children.
